Are you keen to get broad exposure to the People & Culture space and gain hands-on experience while pursuing your degree? And ready to take on assignments that will help us ensure a great employee experience? Then reach out – we believe you can make a difference here, creating real value for real people at work.

Why do we need you?

After two years in the People & Culture team, our current Junior Associate will take the next step in his career in April, where he is transitioning to a new role internally at BASE. This is where you come into the picture.

BASE has grown significantly over the past years, both in Denmark and internationally, and we have no plans to slow down. Tasks are many and we set the bar for employee experience high, so we need your support for day-to-day activities and your help to deliver our pipeline of projects to reach the next level.

What will your role look like?

The People & Culture team counts a P&C Director, a P&C Administrator, two People Partners, and you.

Our day-to-day work is a mix of development and execution, and same will be true for you. There are many activities and areas of responsibility related to operating a company of 200 people across 7 countries, and the pace at which we have grown means that several of our people processes are no longer fit for our size and complexity. So, they need to be reinvented, and we have a rather comprehensive backlog of initiatives and projects that will ensure BASE becomes an even better workplace for all our wonderful people.

This gives you a unique opportunity to get exposed to a broad range of topics and decisions in the people and culture space, giving you a great learning opportunity while adding real value to the company: You will be part of defining how we develop as a workplace to empower and support people at BASE.

Are we a good match?

For a role like this, we consider your energy and attitude much more important than what you have done in the past. Our key requirement is your eagerness to learn and your willingness to take on projects and assignments with high positive energy and dedication. We are fully aware that we will put you in charge of something you have likely never done before, and we will of course make sure to support you all the way – with clear requirements, sparring along the way, and feedback so you’ll know how you are doing.

English is our corporate language, so written and verbal fluency is required.

When working on an assignment, you are likely rather organized with a strong sense of detail – without loosing sight of the bigger picture. We imagine that you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and have rather good communication skills. Also, we expect you to have outstanding integrity and a service-minded attitude: You are proactive and keen to deliver an outstanding product. You exercise effective judgment, sensitivity to cultural differences, and creativity in addressing changing needs and situations.

Above all, your can-do attitude and your proactive approach to finding new and better ways will qualify you for the role.
